  • Leadership of several Enterprise Transformation and Business Process Improvement organizations

  • Trained at the Deming Institute in process design, continuous improvement and quality. The Institute and curriculum was created by Dr. Edwards Deming "The Father of Modern Quality" who taught the Japanese and Germans modern process design, continuous improvement and quality.

  • ​Worked as a Consulting leader focused on Transformation engagements and I led a Finance Best Practices Research team

  • Leadership of a cross-functional Business Process Improvement Team at a Global Manufacturer 

  • Co-led the largest investment in the history of a global CPG company transforming processes and implementing systems

  • IT Business Transformation leadership position directing and enabling business transformation through the use of technology at a consumer durable goods manufacturer

  • Created and managed the transformation, PMO and process improvement tools, processes and standards for a major University Medical organization transforming processes and implementing technology including a new ERP

  • Consulting leader for an Analytics consulting firm where we helped clients create actionable insights via analytics to improve business outcomes

  • Co-led the design and deployment of a transformation and process improvement framework and tools at a multi-billion dollar subsidiary of a major global automotive manufacturer
